Weddings

Allisha + Niah {Furman Wedding}

When I give my heart
I give it completely
Or I’ll never give my heart
And the moment I can feel that you feel that way too
Is when I fall in love with you
~Chris Botti

…just after they saw each other for the first time on their wedding day.

Niah and Allisha gave a pair of these awesome sunglasses to their bridal party.

The music was stately, energetic, and regal.

This was a really special moment…

Entering the chapel we were greeted by amazing floral creations by Adina from Frilly Bloomers.

Just before driving away…

After the rain we were blessed with scattered streams of sunlight. This is one of those moments.

Capturing the last few moments of daylight…

Many happy days to you both…

Elisabeth + Andrew {Ohio Wedding}

Emily + Nate {Heritage Church Wedding}

It’s here! Nate and Emily have tied the knot. We shared some of the fun from their engagement session previously, and we are so thankful to have shared in their special day too. Congrats, and best wishes! More highlights to share soon, but this just couldn’t wait!

Robin + Joe {Upcountry History Wedding}

Inspiring… this is what Joe and Robin continually are to me and those around them. Fabulous details gathered together in a unique display at the Upcountry History Museum in Greenville, SC. This was the kind of wedding day where you just don’t want to stop shooting. Because each moment seemed to surpass the last, every second was filled by their laughter and joy. Highlights coming soon!

Erin + Jesse {Greenville, SC}

Even when you´re gone
Somehow you come along
Just like a flower poking through the sidewalk crack and just like that
You steal away the rain and just like that

You make me smile like the sun.

–Uncle Kracker

The first time I met Erin officially was for dinner at Chili’s. I have often visited previously with Jesse…so it was chosen as the place to meet with them both.
As we arrived it down-poured… it was fun watching Jesse and Erin dash through the rain. As we left I captured this with my iPhone 4!

Fast-forward from their engagement session a couple months ~We’ll share a few now…there’s more coming! We just spent an entire rainy day with this fun couple.

As soon as we pulled up to Colonial Hills Baptist Church, the rain started up again.  Erin, in her effortlessly calm way, wasn’t bothered in the least. I asked if they would brave the downpour…even though it was quite wet and muddy, these two were game. They stayed dry. We were soaked. (..we were glad to do it!) They grabbed the umbrella, stepped out into the rain and smiled and laughed like their was no tomorrow.

I hope you are enjoying the sunshine…it was a joy being part of your wonderful day!

-Mike
